This site is pretty solid, I’d say about half of the photos were really great, while the other half had some errors. So, I reckon it all comes down to the skills of the retoucher handling your images.

As a professional photographer in need of support services, my experience was disappointing. My initial test order got canceled without any reason given. I reached out around 10 to 12 times, but they were really unresponsive. They messed up my order and promised to fix it, but it was only a partial solution, and then I heard nothing back. The complete order was never finished, and there were still issues with it. I attempted to get in touch through various channels, but the customer service was just not up to par.
